Ross Simmons is to become the “Travelling Celebrant” as he leaves the Victorian winter for the warmer climate of Port Douglas in Far North Queensland. Ross will be in Port from mid May to late August every year and will be available for weddings at this time.

Ross believes that approximately 25% of weddings in and around Port Douglas feature couples travelling from Victoria. This is the perfect opportunity to be able to meet your celebrant at home in Victoria before you embark on your journey up North.

Port Douglas and its surrounds offer a multitude of varied locations and reception venues to suite all desires such as the beach, tropical rainforests, and numerous other exotic scenes. Choice is a key aspect in getting married. It is important to do your research and, if possible, meet your celebrant in person.
